Dear guest, we are delighted to welcome you to Mauria Local House, and to have you and your pet as guests. To ensure that you and the other tenants have a pleasant stay, we ask that you please observe the following rules of our pet policy:
(1).The program is intended for domesticated dogs and cats up to 10 kg. weight, and must be trained.
(2). A maximum of one pet is allowed per apartment and it must be leashed while outside the apartment. (For example, in the common areas of the building.
(3). When the room is cleaned or any other service is provided within it, the pet must be removed from it.
(4). Guests must dispose of their pet waste.
(5). The guest is responsible for any noises that pets may make. We are confident that it will prevent your pet from making too much noise and engaging in harmful or aggressive behavior towards other people. If your pet is considered dangerous, harmful or disruptive, the apartment owner will have the right to ask you to find other accommodation. Likewise, the apartment reserves the right to contact the police to remove your pet.
(6). If your room requires extra cleaning service or if damage has occurred as a result of your pet’s behavior, the hotel may charge you for additional services and repairs through the platform on which you made your reservation.
(7). Guests with pets must sign this document assuming responsibility for any damage caused by their pets.
(8). Guests confirm that the pet has civil liability insurance, for the amount determined by regulation, within a period of one month from its identification.
